SABAI
The finca Sabai consists of a main building and two converted cave houses. The main building was completely renovated a few years ago, retaining a few parts of the original centry-old structure. The two caves have also been completely renovated and modernized, taking great care to preserve theri original rural charm.
CONNECT WITH THE ESSENCE, EMBRACE NATURE
The area of the finca is very extensive and consists of several natural levels and terraces as well as the slopes on both sides of the Barranco. We cultivate part of the area and grow vegetables and fruit trees the. Everything organic without the use of chemicals. We leave other parts in theri natural wild state, creating a habitat for many birds and other native animal species. The chickens on site are wild and come and go as they please.
